What is your office like?

View Picture GalleryWe provide a state-of-the-art facility, including free Wi-Fi throughout the office, digital x-rays, and appointment reminders via text and email. We also have TV's in each room, which allow you to watch cable TV during your dental appointment (think ESPN, HGTV, Nick Jr. and more!), or allow you to relax while listening to your favorite music through Pandora. We can also show you digital pictures of your teeth as we review any treatment you may need.

What are your office hours?

We are open Tuesday through Friday, from 7:00am until 3:00pm.
For new adult patients, please request an appointment start time between 7:00am and 1:00pm.
For new patients under age 18, please select a start time between 7:00am and 2:00pm.
Appointments can be made online or by calling us at 704-540-7600.

What insurance do you accept?

We file insurance with your carrier as a courtesy.
We are In-Network with the following dental insurance plans:
Cigna, Ameritas, Blue Cross Blue Shield - Anthem, Delta Dental PPO, Delta Dental Premier, United Concordia, Aetna, Assurant, United Healthcare, Lincoln Financial Group.
We also file insurance for most out-of-network plans. Please check with us when making your appointment.

There are many patients that come to see Dr. Coambs, even though we are an out-of-network office for them. We invite you to schedule a complimentary "Meet & Greet" appointment if you should have any questions, and a benefits analysis can be done for you at that time. We will take the time to know you and your family, and make our office your dental home.

What forms of payment do you take?

We accept cash and most major credit cards. We also accept payment by GreenSky Patient Solutions, Care Credit, Flex Spending Accounts (FSA), and Health Savings Accounts (HSA).

Do I need to get X-rays from my previous dentist?

xraysYes. Please request your most recent X-rays from your previous dentist, prior to your first appointment with us. On our New Patients page, complete the Dental Records Request form, provide it to your previous dental office, and they should send us the X-rays directly.

Please note, if the X-rays are not current or of diagnostic quality, we may need to take additional pictures of your teeth (which may incur charges accordingly).
